Are you seeking a more personalized and intimate approach to yoga? Our one-to-one yoga sessions offer a unique opportunity to delve deeper into your practice, guided by advanced, RYT500 yoga instructor Tamara Pitelen.
A private session with Tamara allows you to set specific and personal goals – whether that’s mobility, mindfulness, stress or pain relief, alignment, balance, or tapping into the deeper wisdom and liberating tools offered by the ancient practice of yoga and meditation.

Yoga can help restore your nervous system and allow the space within yourself to heal. A gentle practice can help you regain a sense of control, connection and ownership of your body again. We use mindful movement and breathwork to reconnect and move in ways that help us transform.
These private sessions offer personal choice in how to participate in the movements offered. The program content is flexible and the choice is entirely yours. Working together we define your focus, this includes your relationship with yourself and others, breath work and meditation.

This is an opportunity to receive detailed teaching on alignment and to improve your yoga whilst working on specific areas of concern. $75 per session (can be one or two people) or just $320 for a five-class package at Portal I AM.
