 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. 

Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more before your appointment are free of charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $40 fee.

Non-attendance (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.

If you are feeling unwell with symptoms such as a cough, cold, flu, fever, vomiting, diarrhoea or another potentially contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible. Appointments can be rescheduled without a cancellation fee due to illness.

 You can book your session directly through the online booking system, where you can view the available therapies, dates and appointment times.

Simply choose the session you would like, select a time that works for you and complete your booking online.

If you're not sure which therapy to choose, you're very welcome to contact me first. Tell me a little about what brings you here, and I can help you explore which option may be most suitable for you.

 When booking online, please make sure you select the GrabOne booking option, rather than the Standard option.

The GrabOne option is specifically for clients who have already purchased a voucher and will allow you to complete your booking without making another payment.

If you select the Standard option, the booking system will ask you to pay for the session again.

Please have your GrabOne voucher number/code available, as I may need it to validate your voucher.

 There are two ways to purchase a Portal I AM Gift Voucher.

You can purchase a $100 Gift Voucher directly through the website. Once your purchase is completed, the voucher is generated for you to print and personalise with the recipient’s name before giving it as a gift.

If you would prefer a personalised Gift Voucher, please contact me directly. Personalised vouchers can be created for the value of your choice and will be sent to you by email, ready to print or forward to the recipient.

For a personalised voucher, I’ll just need:

To: recipient’s name
From: your name
Value: the amount you would like to gift
Message: any personal message you would like included

For birthday vouchers, if you don’t have a particular message in mind, I can simply include “Happy Birthday!”

Payment for personalised Gift Vouchers is made by bank transfer, and the voucher will be emailed to you once payment has been received.

 If you have received a Portal I AM Gift Voucher, you can book your session directly through the online booking system.

Your Gift Voucher includes redeeming instructions and a voucher code. Simply follow the instructions provided and enter the code when making your booking online.

Once the code is applied, you’ll be able to complete your booking without making another payment, up to the value available on your voucher.

 Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

 Portal I AM is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, by appointment only.

As I work from a private home studio, sessions are scheduled in advance and I don't offer walk-in appointments.

 Saturday appointments may occasionally be available, depending on my schedule.

If you’re unable to attend during my regular Monday–Friday hours, please get in touch with me directly to check Saturday availability.

Saturday sessions are by prior arrangement only and may not appear in the online booking system.

  Portal I AM is a private home studio located in Wigram, Christchurch. 

 Yes. Free parking is available for clients visiting Portal I AM.

Please note that the client parking area is accessed from the rear of the property, not from Skyhawk Road.

To access the parking, drive via Limbrick Cresc and turn into Sage Way, where you’ll find the rear access to the property.

Detailed arrival instructions will also be provided with your booking confirmation.

  Unfortunately, the studio is not currently wheelchair accessible, as there is a small step at the entrance to the property.

 Yes. Clients have access to a bathroom within the house during their visit.
