 Fernanda is the creator and manager of Portal I AM Therapeutic Holistic Centre.

 Certified Holistic Therapist with a long history of study and experience. 

You will be in the professional hands of a teaching master in USUI Reiki, also a master teacher in 16 others healing energies systems. As well, a Shaman AMA DEUS by Guarani Xamanism (Brazilian), a Family Constellation facilitator, Access Bars practitioner, hypnotherapist, and trained massage therapist.

 My purpose as a therapist is to facilitate the release of traumas and emotions that are frozen, unprocessed, and not integrated, often causing pain and illness in the physical body. Together, we restore physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance, integrating all parts is possible to reframe what was and what is and make life lighter and easier.

I am an energy psychology practitioner and an advanced yoga teacher. Over the years I've studied and certified in more energy healing modalities than I can remember, including EFT Tapping, Touch For Health Kinesiology, ThetaHealing, Spiritual Response Therapy, Usui Reiki, and more. A typical healing session for a client today will probably incorporate some pendulum dowsing, ThetaHealing, and EFT Tapping. I find the combination can be a powerful and efficient way to get to the root of what is not working out in your life, whether that's a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual issue (although in truth, all issues incorporate all of these aspects). I believe that I am a facilitator for healing, the real work is done by the client together with Spirit.
