Fernanda Cecchi
I am a certified Holistic Therapist with a long history of study and experience, and take a holistic and caring approach into each and every session.
You will be in the professional hands of a teaching master in USUI Reiki, also a master teacher in 16 others healing energies systems. As well, I am a Shaman AMA DEUS by Guarani Xamanism (Brazilian), a Family Constellation facilitator, Access Bars practitioner, hypnotherapist, trained massage therapist, and Spinal Energetics practitioner.
My purpose as a therapist is to facilitate the release of traumas and emotions that are frozen, unprocessed, and not integrated, often causing pain and illness in the physical body. Together, we restore physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance, integrating all parts is possible to reframe what was and what is and make life lighter and easier.

Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics may seem unusual to those who haven't experienced it firsthand. Some people feel unsure or even a little unsettled when watching the videos I share.
But what I see is something entirely different.
I see the release of deep tension, stress, unresolved trauma, and unprocessed emotions—often the underlying causes of physical discomfort and imbalance.
I see beauty.
I see surrender, authentic communication, inner permission, connection, integration, awareness, and self-compassion.
This practice has become a natural extension of my purpose as a therapist: to support others in returning to a balanced state—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Those who know me know how much I love what I do. They know I'm always learning, and that Reiki has been a meaningful part of my path.
But Spinal Energetics… it captured my heart from the very beginning.
I truly feel that every training and step I’ve taken has led me to this moment.
I am currently a certified Spinal Energetics Practitioner – Level 1, and this is only the beginning of the journey.

The healing path of breast cancer
I am a daughter, wife, mother, and a therapist.
A long time ago, my deceased great-great-grandfather appeared to me and said: “Everyone born into this family came knowing the responsibility they carry with spiritual work.”
But somewhere along the way, I got lost. Lost in the noise of many stories, and in the illusions of the ego. It took illness — a powerful messenger of life — to bring me back to my center.
In 2016 everything turned upside down. I had just arrived in New Zealand, eight months pregnant, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In that moment, the sandcastles I had built around an idealized version of motherhood crumbled. I was terrified. Afraid I wouldn’t see my daughter grow up, witness her first steps, or be there for all the small, beautiful moments. Fear of loss rose to the surface, as did unconscious patterns from my feminine lineage. It felt like history might repeat itself.
I descended into my shadows — into depression, childhood wounds, grief, and anxiety. But that descent was also a deep internal journey. I faced myself. I integrated what I had hidden. And in that process, I found connection. I found faith. I found strength. And from that place, the therapist within me was born. In healing myself, I rediscovered my purpose. And today, as a therapist, I hold space for others to release, resignify, and integrate their own emotions, pain and trauma.
That’s why I say the Portal I AM was born out of hope — hope for healing and for life. Over the years, I’ve studied deeply, trained in many modalities, and worked with countless people. Some clients are with me to this day. Others came and went. Some stayed just for a short time. To each of you: thank you. Thank you for sharing your journey with me, and for becoming part of mine.
And if you’re just arriving now — welcome. But please don’t expect to find someone who has it all figured out. Because that, I cannot offer. I, too, am on this path. Every day. Relentlessly. Still learning. Still healing.
But know this: I won’t always say what you want to hear, to please you. I won’t pity you. I won’t reinforce your victim story.
But I will walk with you — with presence, honesty, and compassion — through whatever pain or resistance you’re facing. You will do the inner work — to break down your old stories/ patterns, your limiting beliefs, and meeting the parts of yourself you’ve avoided. And I will be there to facilitate the process — to help you understand the interpretations, unconscious decisions, and survival strategies that once served you and brought you here, but now hold you back. You will start to see what you haven’t seen before. You’ll discover that there is a lighter, more authentic way to live.
