I am a certified Holistic Therapist with extensive training, study, and hands-on experience, offering a deeply caring and integrative approach in every session.

My work is rooted in the understanding that healing involves the whole being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. I support the release of trauma, emotional imprints, and unprocessed experiences that are often stored in the body and may manifest as pain, imbalance, or disconnection. Together, we create space for integration, helping you return to a more balanced, grounded, and connected state of being.

My qualifications include Master Teacher in Usui Reiki and 16 additional energy healing systems, Shamanic practitioner in the AMA DEUS tradition of Guarani Shamanism (Brazil), Family Constellation facilitator, Access Bars practitioner, hypnotherapist, trained massage therapist, and Spinal Energetics practitioner.

Spinal Energetics may appear unusual to those who haven’t experienced it firsthand. Some people may feel uncertain when first encountering it through videos or observation.

However, what I witness is the release of deep physical and emotional tension, stress, and unresolved trauma—often at the root of physical discomfort and energetic imbalance.

I see beauty in this process. I see surrender, authentic expression, inner permission, reconnection, integration, awareness, and self-compassion unfolding naturally.

This modality has become a profound extension of my therapeutic work, supporting clients in returning to balance on all levels of being.

Those who know me understand how deeply I love this work. I am continuously learning and evolving, and Reiki has been a foundational part of my journey. Spinal Energetics, however, captured my heart from the very beginning.

I feel that every step, training, and experience has led me here.

I am currently a certified Spinal Energetics Practitioner – Level 1, and I see this as the beginning of an even deeper unfolding.

A long time ago, my deceased great-great-grandfather appeared to me and said: “Everyone born into this family came knowing the responsibility they carry with spiritual work.”

But somewhere along the way, I got lost. Lost in the noise of many stories, and in the illusions of the ego. It took illness — a powerful messenger of life — to bring me back to my center.

I arrived in New Zealand in 2015, and by 2016 my world had turned upside down — I was eight months pregnant when I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  In that moment, the sandcastles I had built around an idealized version of motherhood crumbled. I was terrified. Afraid I wouldn’t see my daughter grow up, witness her first steps, or be there for all the small, beautiful moments. Fear of loss rose to the surface, as did unconscious patterns from my feminine lineage. It felt like history might repeat itself.

I descended into my shadows — into depression, childhood wounds, grief, and anxiety. But that descent was also a deep internal journey. I faced myself. I integrated what I had hidden. And in that process, I found connection. I found faith. I found strength. And from that place, the therapist within me was born. In healing myself, I rediscovered my purpose. And today, as a therapist, I hold space for others to release, resignify, and integrate their own emotions, pain and trauma.

That’s why I say the Portal I AM was born out of hope — hope for healing and for life. Over the years, I’ve studied deeply, trained in many modalities, and worked with countless people. Some clients are with me to this day. Others came and went. Some stayed just for a short time. To each of you: thank you. Thank you for sharing your journey with me, and for becoming part of mine.

And if you’re just arriving now — welcome. But please don’t expect to find someone who has it all figured out. Because that, I cannot offer. I, too, am on this path. Every day. Relentlessly. Still learning. Still healing. 

But know this: I won’t always say what you want to hear, to please you. I won’t pity you. I won’t reinforce your victim story. 

But I will walk with you — with presence, honesty, and compassion — through whatever pain or resistance you’re facing. You will do the inner work — to break down your old stories/ patterns, your limiting beliefs, and meeting the parts of yourself you’ve avoided.  And I will be there to facilitate the process — to help you understand the interpretations, unconscious decisions, and survival strategies that once served you and brought you here, but now hold you back. You will start to see what you haven’t seen before. You’ll discover that there is a lighter, more authentic way to live.
